Information about clubhouse rentals
- Slots available:
- The deposit is due at time of contract signing in the form of a check, money order, or payment via Cash App, Venmo, or credit card. (Additional fees may apply for use of a credit card.) This deposit will secure your date.
- The rental fee is due at least 14 days prior to your event date. (Additional fees apply for use of a credit card.)
- Cancellation must be made at least 30 days prior to your event date; otherwise, you may be charged for your event regardless.
- Clubhouse capacity: 96 people

Due to increasing repair costs to the venue the full-day rental price is increasing to $1000, as is the deposit, effective 6/23/25.
The capacity is 96 and we do have tables plus chairs. We have 12 of the 60" round tables, 2 of the 6' rectangle tables.
Catering and bar services are not offered by Glasgow Pines. While we do not offer bar services alcohol is permitted on the premise.
We accept Checks, Money Orders, Cash App and Venmo.
